DELIVERY POLICY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation and proforma invoice containing your order details. Upon receipt of payment from you we will send your goods via NZ post within 3-4 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

REFUND, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at sales@forcefieldheadbands.co.nz

For returns, once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund/replacement.

Refunds do not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned within 10 days of arrival in their original condition. All postage costs are to be paid by the purchaser.

Forcefield Australasia ltd. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
